Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and connect consultants for Medical Device Quality, QA, Engineering, and related roles
  • Staff manufacturing, sourcing projects, and design transfers through proactive candidate outreach and placement
  • Support recruitment for MB&A's staffing business segment and build pipelines for consultants (including SaMD-focused roles)
  • Engage with candidates remotely, coordinate conversations, and guide them through the resume submission process

Job description

This is a remote position.

This is a generic posting to allow consultants seeking new opportunities to submit their resume for consideration.

We are constantly seeking more Medical Device Quality Auditors, Engineers and Quality Systems Specialists. We also need various Operations, PMO, and Engineering associates to staff manufacturing and sourcing projects and design transfers. We are actively looking for recruiters to join our rapidly growing staffing business segment. We also need more consultants with SaMD experience.
