Role: o9 Configuration Lead
Overview:
The o9 Configuration Lead is responsible for end-to-end solution design, configuration, implementation, data analytics, testing, and stakeholder communication. This role involves gathering and analyzing data, configuring solutions, ensuring smooth deployment, and facilitating user training.
Qualifications:
Domain Expertise:
- 3+ years of experience in control tower, MEIO, financial planning, production scheduling, demand planning or supply planning related fields within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Deep understanding of retail planning processes, challenges, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Participate in business requirement sessions, document processes, and design solutions based on industry best practices. Work with clients to gather operational data (sales, inventory, etc.) and convert business logic into technical platform designs.
- Configuration: Collaborate with architects to create functional and technical designs, document data requirements, and configure the o9 platform to address complex supply chain problems. Develop performance monitoring systems.
- Data Analytics: Data Analytics: Use mathematical models, statistical techniques, and optimization algorithms to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights. Conduct data integration and generate time series forecasts.
- Testing: Work with R&D teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes. Design, execute, and document test cases to ensure solution quality. Support junior analysts and contribute to test automation.
- Communication: Work closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and both IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful project planning and execution. Plan, develop, and deliver Super User and End User training for a global user base.
