Full lifecycle ERP projects / delivery management experience in a consulting / IT services environment
Prior experience as Solution Architect; experience leading Managed Services projects
Strong transition management and release management skills with ability to engage with leadership-level clients and manage multiple engagements
Requirements:
Manage client engagements at leadership level, coordinate multiple clients, and oversee escalation management
Oversee transition management and release management processes, ensuring SLA/KPI delivery and timely issue resolutions
Coach and develop project teams, fostering ownership and aligning with client cultural, technical and professional expectations
Provide solution guidance to map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities (AP, AR, Cash Management, FA, GL, Taxes) and drive end-to-end integration awareness

15 ~ 20 year of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications ⮚ Full lifecycle ERP Projects / Delivery Management experience ⮚ Project Management experience in a consulting / IT Services environment ⮚ Experience in Implementation, Rollouts and major experience in Managed Services ⮚ Prior experience as Solution Architect is must ⮚ Experience in leading Managed Services project ⮚ Client interaction with leadership level and manage multiple clients ⮚ Strong experience in Transition Management ⮚ Strong Release Management skills to manage the release process ⮚ Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence ⮚ Solid understanding of Enterprise Structures and ability to guide the team where necessary ⮚ High level knowledge of end-to-end integration of Oracle Financials (AP, AR, Cash Management, FA, GL, Taxes) ⮚ Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLA’s and KPI’s ⮚ Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills ⮚ Strong people and team management experience ⮚ Sound knowledge of security and governance ⮚ Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills ⮚ Strong people and team management experience ⮚ Coach team members on cultural, technical and professional expectations of the Client. ⮚ Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development ⮚ Escalation & Leads Management at Client level
