Senior Instructor - Business Systems Analytics and AI

The Senior Instructor will deliver cutting-edge, hands-on training in business analysis, AI product development, advanced process mapping, and data visualization, ensuring students are future-proofed for lucrative tech careers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver engaging, hands-on virtual classes on topics such as:
   

• Business Analysis: Process mapping, Agile software development, Business case development
  

• Data analytics tools: Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
  

• AI product development and AI development lifecycle.
  

• Business intelligence, API integration, and automation tools like Zapier, n8n, and ChatGPT.
  

• Developing AI agents with LangChain, GPT APIs, and custom workflows (nice to have)
  

• Regularly update the curriculum to stay aligned with evolving industry standards and student needs.
  

• Deliver classes on Mondays (6:00–8:30 PM EST) and Saturdays (10:00 AM–12:30 PM EST).
  

2. Partner with leadership to evolve the current curriculum and identify opportunities for new programs.
   

3. Drive the development of innovative training strategies that maximize student engagement and learning outcomes.
   

4. Collaborate with the CEO and Director of Product Innovation to align instructional goals with company objectives.
   

5. Engage with students, alumni, and industry experts to ensure programs are aligned with market demands.
   

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Professional Experience
   

• 7–8 years of experience in business systems analysis and product management, including delivering software solutions.
  

• Deep expertise in data analytics, AI product development, and Agile methodologies.
  

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) and AI lifecycle.
  

2. Teaching Experience
   

• 3–5 years of experience teaching business systems analysis, data analytics, or Agile methodologies in bootcamps, colleges, or universities (proof required).
  

3. Certifications and Education
   

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification (required).
  

• University degree in IT, Business, Management, Data, or a related field (preferred).
  

4. Technical Skills
   

• Expertise in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Zapier, n8n, and ChatGPT.
  

• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, automation workflows, and AI/ML concepts.
  

5. Soft Skills
   

• Exceptional ability to formulate, communicate, and deliver complex concepts in a pragmatic, simple and engaging manner.
  

• Strong mentorship skills with demonstrated success in coaching students.
  

• Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving student success.
