Senior instructor, Agile Project Management

This is a remote position.

SkillHat is looking to hire a Senior Instructor (Part-time) to co-lead our Project Management course. This is a part-time, permanent position.

Our live courses are streamed online, with students attending from around the globe virtually.

Responsibilities

• Review existing courseware to identify improvement opportunities
  

• Create new courseware to align program with PMBOK 7
  

• Prepare students for PMP 7th edition exam
  

• Teach 2.5 hour classes online (Wednesday 6PM, Sat 1PM EST)
  

• Assign, and assess homework
  

• Teach select Project Management software including Smartsheet, JIRA
  

• Lead student career development, including resume review & interview prep
  

Requirements

Qualification

• 7+ years experience as a Project Manager
  

• 4+ years experience utilizing agile frameworks
  

• 3+ years experience teaching Project Management in a structured training institute or university
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer science, or related field
  

• PMP certification mandatory
  

• Agile Certification such as CSM, CSPO, CST, PSM, PSPO mandatory
  

• Part-time hours: 8 per week
  

Other requirements

• This role is 100% remote. The individual hired will work on his/ her own time
  

• You will own your Laptop and must have access to an internet connection.
  

• The candidate must be based in Ontario, Canada
