This is a remote position.
Strategy & Execution: Develop and deploy comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Campaign Operations: Manage the day-to-day pulse of accounts, including budget pacing, bid management, and creative testing.
Data & Insights: Utilise GA4, GTM, and Looker to analyse performance, uncovering actionable insights that drive ROAS and CPA improvements.
Testing & Optimisation: Lead A/B testing initiatives for ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to maximise conversion rates.
Reporting: Deliver clear, transparent reporting on KPIs to internal stakeholders and clients.
Collaboration: Partner with our Strategy and Creative teams to ensure performance media aligns with the broader brand vision.
You are an experienced hand in the digital space who loves the data but understands the creative.
Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing or e-commerce, with a proven track record of scaling revenue.
Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Looker studio and Tag Manager is non-negotiable.
Analytical Mindset: You don't just report numbers; you explain why they happened and what we do next.
Growth Mindset: You have a passion for experimentation and a history of finding the "winning formula."
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent industry experience.
