Roles & Responsibilities

  • Looker Studio dashboards: building, automating, and optimizing reports
  • SQL: extraction, joining, and manipulation of large datasets
  • ETL/data pipeline tools for automating marketing data integration (e.g., Supermetrics)
  • GA4 familiarity and social media analytics (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance, audience trends, and attribution, ensuring data accuracy across tracking systems

Job description

This is a remote position.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to uncover insights that drive smarter marketing decisions across digital channels. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with solid business acumen, capable of translating data into actionable strategies that boost performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, transform, and analyze marketing data from multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance, audience trends, and attribution performance.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to interpret results and guide creative strategy.

Prepare regular performance reports and present key findings to stakeholders.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all marketing performance tracking systems.



Requirements

Required Technical Skills

Looker Studio: Building, automating, and optimizing dashboards and reports.

SQL: Writing queries to extract, join, and manipulate large datasets.

 Super metrics / similar ETL tools: Automating data pipelines and integrating marketing data sources.

Social media analytics: Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and others

Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data cleaning & modeling

 Familiarly with GA4

Soft Skills

Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain data-driven insights clearly.

Proactive problem-solving attitude and curiosity to explore data patterns.

Time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative team player who works well with cross-functional teams.

Adaptability to learn new tools and approaches quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in a marketing insights, performance, or analytics role.





Salary: 1400 AUD
