Performance Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 4-6+ years of experience in performance marketing (e-commerce preferred)

Requirements:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, programmatic, and display to optimize ROAS, CAC, LTV, and revenue
  • Scale e-commerce campaigns, manage product feeds and dynamic product ads, and align paid efforts with promotions, launches, and merchandising priorities
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, conduct funnel analysis, build dashboards and weekly/monthly reports, and identify growth opportunities through testing
  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, CRM/CRO, product, and merchandising teams; run A/B tests, manage budgets and forecasting, and ensure efficient spend allocation

Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and drive revenue growth across digital channels.

This is a remote role, with the candidate required to be based in Lebanon.

The role focuses on scaling customer acquisition profitably while maintaining strong ROAS and CAC targets. The successful candidate will manage full-funnel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and marketplaces, working cross-functionally to deliver measurable e-commerce growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with revenue and ROI objectives
  • Manage campaigns across:
    • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • TikTok Ads
    • Programmatic and display platforms
  • Continuously optimize performance to improve ROAS, CAC, LTV, and revenue

2. E-Commerce Revenue Optimization

  • Scale high-performing product and category campaigns
  • Manage dynamic product ads and product feed optimization
  • Execute seasonal promotions, product launches, and sale campaigns
  • Align paid campaigns with inventory and merchandising priorities

3. Data & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze key KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, AOV, and conversion rate
  • Conduct funnel analysis and support attribution modeling
  • Build and maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Identify growth opportunities through structured testing and experimentation

4. Creative & Testing

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Test new channels, formats, and growth initiatives

5. Budget Management & Forecasting

  • Manage and allocate multi-channel marketing budgets
  • Forecast revenue and customer acquisition performance
  • Ensure efficient spend allocation to maximize ROI

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with SEO, CRM, and CRO teams to optimize the full marketing funnel
  • Coordinate with Product and Merchandising teams on promotional strategy
  • Support retention marketing and lifecycle campaigns


KPIs / Success Metrics

  • Revenue growth from paid channels
  • Improvement in ROAS
  • Reduction in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Growth in new customer acquisition
  • Improvement in conversion rate
  • Marketing contribution margin




Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing (e-commerce preferred)
  • Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with strong ROAS
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience managing product feeds and shopping campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Solid budget management and forecasting capabilities
  • Strong ROI orientation and performance-driven mindset
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution focus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with D2C brands
  • Knowledge of GA4 and attribution tools
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot)
  • Experience with marketplace advertising (e.g., Amazon Ads)
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles
