Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in developing and implementing Oracle Flexcube or ELCM applications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent coding skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. The role involves enhancing system functionality, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient implementations that align with business needs.

5+ years of relevant work experience with system enhancements.
Prior experience of developing and implementing Oracle Flexcube or ELCM application is must
Excellent coding skills on Java programming and RDBMS.
Must be able to follow development processes required for efficient, effective and repeatable implementations.
Demonstrate ability in analytical thinking and problem solving.
Performs impact analysis of proposed changes on existing architecture, capabilities, system priorities, and technology solutions; looks for additional solution options
Implementation experience of best practices applicable to J2EE.
Strong passion towards building tools and systems that enable engineers to push code quickly and safely
Excellent communication skills, take initiative attitude and very collaborative
Experience with CI/CD delivery model
Experience working in Agile Environment
Assist in the installation of maintenance/patches and software upgrades
Being able to communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and clients.
Being confident to have face to face interactions with senior business and IT stakeholders
Quick Thinking – being able to think on the spot quickly to minimize business impact and make key decisions
Basic level of understanding regarding IT infrastructure e.g. understanding networks, circuits, routers, etc.
