Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for an SEO Specialist to join their team full-time in a 100% remote role. They operate in the digital marketing space and have consistently delivered measurable organic growth for clients in competitive industries by combining technical SEO, content strategy, and data-driven execution.

This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO beyond checklists. You’ll be responsible for driving organic performance end-to-end, collaborating with internal teams, and translating strategy into execution that moves rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to each client’s goals, industry, and growth stage
Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for organic growth
Optimize existing website content to align with SEO best practices and search intent
Collaborate with content writers to improve existing pages and create new SEO-driven content
Write and optimize copy for core website pages and blog content aligned with SEO objectives
Scale the creation of SEO-focused pages while maintaining quality and relevance
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues impacting site performance
Implement on-page and off-page SEO improvements to increase rankings and visibility
Work directly within WordPress and Elementor to optimize and publish SEO content
Monitor SEO performance using analytics and SEO tools
Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the internal team
Use data-driven findings to continuously refine and improve SEO strategies

Requirements

Hands-on experience managing SEO initiatives in an agency or multi-client environment
Strong understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and BrightLocal
Experience working with WordPress and Elementor
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup while collaborating with a distributed team
Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and execution

Qualifications
