Our client is looking for a highly organized and communicative Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join their team on a full-time, fully remote basis. Our client is a prominent player in the landscaping industry, recognized for their significant growth and commitment to quality service in recent years.

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact, receiving and processing service requests from both new and existing clients through various channels.
Efficiently schedule and coordinate landscaping and mowing services, strategically assigning field teams according to geographic location and availability.
Meticulously manage and update the master service calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure timely job completion.
Proactively communicate with clients and field personnel, sending service confirmations and reminders.
Monitor the status of all active jobs, tracking completions and promptly addressing any delays or necessary rescheduling.
Proven experience in a customer support, scheduling, or administrative role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Demonstrated capability in calendar management and task coordination.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Practical familiarity with standard scheduling or CRM platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Excel, or similar software).
Previous experience within a service-oriented business, such as landscaping, home services, or a similar field, is a strong advantage.
