Roles & Responsibilities

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (both mandatory)
Above-average communication and presentation skills
1 to 6 years of graphic design experience; freshers from reputed design institutes may be considered with 6 months to 1 year of experience
Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 pm–6:30 am) and rotate shifts as required by business needs

Requirements:

Design and deliver graphic assets such as invitations, visiting cards, wedding cards, postcards, logos using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Prepare and submit design files in AI and PDF formats per recruiter instructions, sharing files via Gmail/Zoom workflow as required.
Create vector-based designs with attention to curves, textures, and color, employing Illustrator tools (Pen tool, Gradient, Pathfinder, blending modes, type on path, etc.).
Collaborate with the design team and iterate on feedback to ensure high-quality visuals within timelines; maintain consistency with brand guidelines.

Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Graphic Desginer

Skills Required: Above Average communication & Photoshop & Illustrator (both mandatory)

Experience: 1 to 6 years

Salary:
SU1 – 2.46L
SU2 Intern/SU2: 3.2L – 4.2L (Post technical evaluation and level candidates gets selected)

Work Location: Permanent Work from home

Notice Period: Immediate/7 days/15 days.

Flexible working in rotational shifts (Candidates will not have the choice to decide the shifts. It is purely based on business requirements they will be allotted to different shifts)

Night Shift timings: 9:30 pm to 6:30 am

Hiring Process as follows:

Preliminary round : Duration 20 minutes

Mode: Zoom

Please note we do preliminary rounds on daily basis (Mon-Fri) with two time slots at 10:30 am & 5 pm with max 30-40 candidates on zoom.

Requirements to perform the test:

Adobe Illustrator installed in your system (Mandatory)
Stable internet connection (Mandatory)
Login to Gmail account before they start the test.
We will be sharing Adobe Illustrator test files 5 minutes post their login in gmail id's
Once done we will ask them to share their files in AI & PDF format with the respective recruiter id which will be shared post intructions call.

Once the candidate clear preliminary round (Results will be published in 1 business day) we will be scheduling their final creative round which consist of 3 more rounds every week on Tues & Fri starting from 10 am onwards over zoom.

Adobe Illustrator : 90 mins (This round will be done in the same day)

Adobe Photoshop : 30 mins (This round will be done in the same day)

Whoever clear the AI/PS round will be moving to final design & Panel round the next day)

Design Round: 60 mins (Candidate needs to work on his creative side, like creating Design postcard/bday/invitation card/christening invitation card, etc)

Panel round: 30 mins - check design and comms skills of the candidate. Local/hindi speaking is a no no for us (This round will be done next day as soon as the candidate clear AI/PS round or else will be considered as a reject)

IMP Note: For online interviews be it prelim or final design round each and every candidate must have Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop software installed in their system/laptop/PC

Must know how to use zoom and screen sharing.

Above average comms skills.

Stable internet connectivity.
