As a Digital Lead, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and implementing digital marketing campaigns for our clients. You will also lead a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring their productivity and excellent performance. This role requires expertise in utilizing various digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and techniques, as well as an ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., social media, SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing) to achieve client objectives and drive results.
2. Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization.
3. Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality
work within established deadlines.
4. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape,
translating them into effective digital marketing strategies.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the digital marketing space, recommending strategies to capitalize on them.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and provide
detailed reports to clients and management.
7. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and industry trends, and incorporate them into our strategies to enhance performance and efficiency.
8. Implement best practices for website optimization, user experience (UX) enhancement, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
to improve client websites' performance.
9. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive and engaging digital marketing assets, such as
website content, ad creatives, and landing pages.
10. Build strong relationships with clients, actively engaging in client meetings and providing professional insights and recommendations to enhance their digital presence.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance with data privacy laws, online advertising guidelines, and
ethical digital marketing practices.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record in successfully managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
3. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies, including SEO,
PPC, social media advertising, email marketing automation, content marketing, and web analytics.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team of digital marketing
specialists in a remote environment.
5. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with an ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make
data-informed decisions.
6. Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies, with a focus on driving results and achieving
client objectives.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients effectively, team members, and
stakeholders.
8. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a remote environment, while also being a collaborative team player.
9. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic
working environment.
10. Familiarity with digital marketing industry regulations, data privacy laws, and ethical practices.
Working Conditions:
This is a remote position, requiring the candidate to have access to a reliable computer and a stable internet connection. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or company events.
