Roles & Responsibilities

Advise and assist managers and supervisors in the interpretation and administration of human resource policy.
Administer recruitment activities, including employee orientation, documentation, etc...
Process new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence and existing ones.

Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics.
Assist in the management of onboarding plans.
Assist in the planning of staff training programs.
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation and follow-through on activities related to performance management.
Maintaining employee digital records.
Adhere to laws and regulations as per the local Ministry of Labour & Social Security.
Support staff engagement activities and initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field; Additional HR education and certification will be a plus. Project Management certification would be beneficial.
Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant industrial environment.
Demonstrable track record of working within a highly target-driven environment with the ability to plan/manage their work schedule.
