FL3XX is helping a partner - TAB - to find its first hire. The TAB (Technology Aviation Business) association will be launched in the spring of 2026 as the new voice of digital transformation in the skies. We are looking for an operationally-minded leader to take this organization from a concept to a fully functioning industry powerhouse.
This is a remote first position based in Malta that might require office days in the future.
As the first member of the team, you will handle the "engine room" and the "cockpit"—managing the administration while driving the growth of our member network. You won’t be alone on the creative side; you’ll have the content you need. Your job is to ensure it reaches the right eyes and that the association runs like clockwork.
Your Flight Path (Key Responsibilities) Association Governance: Lead the full administrative setup, from managing accounts and budgets to overseeing the legal and organizational threads of a new entity. Membership Acquisition & Success: Act as the primary point of contact for new members.
