This is a remote position.

Are you a motivated sales professional ready to make a big impact at a growing Cleveland tech company? ATW has been delivering custom software solutions since 2010, helping businesses in manufacturing, retail, and transportation transform the way they operate.

We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting new clients and conducting discovery calls to presenting solutions, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships. You’ll promote our ERP, CRM, and custom development services while working closely with our technical team to ensure client success.

This position offers a collaborative, small-team environment where your contributions directly influence company growth.



Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (software/technology preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience'
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
