Position Overview: SOLIBUS® is seeking motivated Independent Agents to offer top-tier merchant services and payroll solutions. As an Independent Contractor, you have the freedom to build your business, set your hours, and determine your financial future. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand business needs and propose tailored SOLIBUS® solutions.
  • Presenting Solutions: Communicate the benefits of SOLIBUS® services, including cost savings and efficiency.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts that align with client needs and SOLIBUS® standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and new products to offer the best solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Sales Experience: At least 2 years in a sales role, preferably in merchant services, payroll services, or financial services.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Self-Motivated: Disciplined and able to work independently.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with digital sales tools and CRM platforms.
  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
