Job description

This is a remote position.

Mirror Advisors is looking for a Project Lead to manage client projects from start to finish. This role focuses on coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, with clear communication and high quality.

The role requires hands-on project coordination, requirement tracking, and ownership of delivery. Prior working knowledge of Zoho is expected, as no formal training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client projects
Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Understand, document, and clarify client requirements
Break requirements into clear tasks and timelines
Coordinate daily with developers, vendors, and internal teams
Track progress, dependencies, and risks
Ensure data migrations, CRM setups, and integrations are executed correctly
Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness
Share regular status updates with clients and leadership
Support post-go-live issues and project closure

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in project coordination or project management roles
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Creator
Basic understanding of system integrations and data handling
Strong attention to detail and accountability

Preferred (Nice to Have)
Zoho Creator and/or Zoho CRM certifications
Experience working with international (US-based) clients
Experience working in remote or distributed teams
