We’re Mirror Advisors, a company helping businesses streamline operations with Cloud solutions. We’re looking for a skilled Zoho Finance Expert in Chennai to join our remote team, working US shift timings.

Job Description  

We need a Zoho Finance Expert to set up, manage, and migrate financial processes to Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Analytics. You’ll help clients transition from other finance tools and optimize workflows during US business hours (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST). This is a full-time contractor role with a competitive salary.

What You’ll Do  

  • Set up and manage Zoho Books for accounting tasks.

  • Migrate financial data from tools like QuickBooks, Tally, or Xero to Zoho Books.

  • Create reports and dashboards in Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics.

  • Manage Zoho Inventory for orders and stock tracking.

  • Connect Zoho Finance tools with other apps using APIs or Deluge scripting.

  • Automate tasks like invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.

  • Work with clients to understand needs and deliver solutions.

  • Provide training and support for Zoho Finance tools.

  • Troubleshoot issues and stay updated on Zoho’s features.



Requirements

What We’re Looking For  

  • Experience: 3+ years in bookkeeping or accounting, with 2+ years using Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory. Proven experience migrating from finance tools like QuickBooks, Tally, or Xero.

  • Skills:

    • Expertise in Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Analytics.

    • Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and API integrations.

    • Familiarity with bank reconciliations and cash flow management.

    • CA or CMA is a plus.

  • Other:

    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Based in Chennai with reliable internet for remote work.

Nice-to-Have  

  • Experience with Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

  • Experience working with global clients.
