This is a remote position.
Identify qualified candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, and job boards
Review resumes and assess candidate fit based on role requirements
Submit vetted leads to our centralized system for further screening
Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and outreach
Collaborate with our internal Account Manager for candidate feedback and role alignment
