Job Description – Senior DOTNET Developer (8+ Years Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DOTNET Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DOTNET technologies, SQL Server, and Azure services, along with the ability to work independently, coordinate effectively with stakeholders, and proactively take ownership of tasks from start to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using VB.NET, C#, .NET Framework (4.5+), WinForms, ASP.NET, .NET Core, ADO.NET, Entity Framework
  
• Develop and optimize SQL Server objects (stored procedures, functions, views) with strong focus on Query Optimization and RDBMS best practices.
  
• Create, maintain, and enhance SSRS reports for business requirements.
  
• Implement and integrate Azure services such as Web Apps, APIs, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and adherence to standards.
  
• Lead project teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure on-time delivery of modules/features.
  
• Act as the key coordinator between developers, testers, and stakeholders.
  
• Drive discussions on architecture, design improvements, and performance tuning.
  
• Provide mentorship and training to junior developers.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in application development using Microsoft DOTNET technologies.
  
• Strong expertise in VB.NET, C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, WinForms, .NET Core
  
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, RDBMS concepts, and advanced query optimization techniques.
  
• Experience in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
  
• Proven experience with Azure Cloud Services (Web App, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL).
  
• Good knowledge of design patterns, OOPs concepts, and enterprise application architecture.
  
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
