Salary: $500/month
Candidates who are ready to join immediately would be preferred.
Schedule: USA California (3-4 hrs availability)

• 2 – 4 years of experience as a Zoho consultant.
  

• Successful track record of implementing CRM solutions.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Prior experience in the Zoho Platform is a must.
  

Job Description:

Responsibilities of the Zoho Consultant :

1. Great knowledge of databases, and expertise in Zoho analytics, Dashboards, and SQL query is a must.
   

2. Knows how to write efficient deluge code and has to be extreme with Zoho cloud structure and solutions. (Zoho books, inventory, writer, sign, blueprints, widgets, etc) with at least 5 years of Zoho experience.
   

3. To take ownership of the entire development life cycle of Zoho CRM from concept to production as well as support.
   

4. Building custom workflows, rules, and scripts to automate various business processes.
   

5. Design and build reports and dashboards as needed for various internal stakeholders.
   

6. Great understanding of the Zoho Platform environment and great experience with at least 6-10 Zoho applications.
   

7. Good knowledge to do technical documentation of the work.

Soft Skills Required :

1. You should have 4+ years of work experience as a Zoho Consultant.

2. Hands-on experience with various Zoho products, mandatorily in Zoho CRM.

3. Possess a good understanding of API integrations, and data flow to and from different systems into Zoho CRM and vice versa.

4. Strong orientation towards data gathering, problem-solving, experimenting, and iterating with the results, to arrive at the right solution.

5. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, and ability to make decisions.

6. The ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment is a must.

7. Must be fluent in English.
