This is a remote position.
What You’ll Do
Lead UX and UI design for core product features — from concept to launch.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define problems and scope.
Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
Conduct user interviews, feedback sessions, and usability testing.
Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and component library.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and aesthetic polish across all touchpoints.
Advocate for thoughtful, user-centric decisions in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience designing for web or SaaS products.
Degree in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, UX strategy, and visual craft.
Excellent Figma skills and an understanding of UX research methods.
A mature design perspective — you think about business context, not just pixels.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote-first setup.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for cybersecurity, fintech, or data-heavy products.
Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
Understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG, contrast, responsive behavior).
