About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of both digital campaigns and offline marketing events. This role offers the chance to be part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented marketing team.

You’ll drive brand visibility, support lead generation, and ensure integrated marketing execution across online and offline channels. Ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in cross-functional collaboration.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, traffic, and qualified leads.

  • Run and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.

  • Plan and manage offline events—conferences, trade shows, seminars—to engage the target audience.

  • Oversee event logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.

  • Collaborate with creatives to develop campaign assets for both digital and physical touchpoints.

  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement.

  • Conduct market and customer research to inform strategic decisions.

  • Manage external partnerships (agencies, influencers, vendors) to deliver high-impact campaigns.

  • Localize global campaigns and translate content into relevant languages for the regional audience.

  • Track marketing costs, align spend with KPIs, and ensure efficient resource use.

  • Stay updated on marketing trends and implement relevant innovations.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and event management.

  • Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

  • Demonstrated success in executing and managing offline events.

  • Strong multitasking and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing.

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.

  • Industry experience in financial services, fintech, or related verticals is a plus.
