This is a remote position.

KIS Solutions is a technology consultancy that offers high-quality solutions to Fortune 500 companies and startups around the world, with clients in Brazil, the United States, and Europe. 
 

To help us hire and manage the best professionals for our team and clients, we are looking for a Tech Recruiting Intern! 


Role available only for Latin America residents

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Keep our recruiting management system organized and daily updated 
  • Learn our main recruiting roles and practice hunting routine in external and internal sources 
  • Learn and practice constant and clear communication with candidates 
  • Support team in end-to-end recruiting processes 
  • Support team in other operational and internal HR processes 
  • Participation in weekly meetings to track activities with Brazilian and American managers

  • Constant communication with our stakeholders


Requirements

  • Interest in focusing on the routine of attracting and selecting professionals, with greater emphasis on the fields of software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning 
  • Interest to develop candidate’s database management skills

  • Basic previous contact with recruiting process (academic experience, informal experience, etc)

  • Advanced English for communication with American team members 
  • Good organization and analysis skills, with an interest to enhance them in the workplace routine 
  • Flexibility to strengthen the skill of collaborating on different projects with the necessary support and guidance 

Desirable
  • Previous experience with competency-based interviews

  • Previous experience with ATS
