2-6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications using advanced tools and technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using LWC, APEX, JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components. • Perform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, handling both API and data integration with third-party systems. • Work with Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and related development tools to build and manage solutions. • Participate in build and deployment processes using CI/CD tools, Ant Scripts, or similar frameworks. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Provide support and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OCI, and OMS environments. • Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are maintained.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience • 2 to 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and APEX. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Lightning architecture. • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and scripting tools (e.g., Ant, Jenkins). • Experience working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Order Management Systems (OMS). • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
