Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in ServiceNow development, specifically in Security Operations (SecOps) modules. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while adhering to IST timings. The role is contract-based for a duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Security Operations (SecOps) modules.
  
• Customizations and Enhancements: Customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance functionality.
  
• Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
  
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance and support.
  
• Best Practices: Implement best practices and industry standards in ServiceNow development and security operations.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Security Operations (SecOps) modules.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, development, and configuration. Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules is essential.
  
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps processes and best practices.
  
• Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage tasks independently.
  
• Shift Timing: Ability to work during IST timings.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Application Developer) are a plus.
  
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
