Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deep iGaming DNA - Experience selling or BD'ing for a supplier, platform, Affiliate/Network or marketing service provider
  • Network - You're on a first-name basis with marketing, UA, and product leads at major operators and white-label platforms
  • Know-How - Comfortable pitching with a firm grasp of RG compliance
  • Process Builder - Experience rolling out CRM, pipeline hygiene, and performance dashboards that make revenue predictable

Requirements:

  • Leverage Tier 1-3 operator networks to book qualified intros, navigate multi-stakeholder cycles, and close deals with accurate CRM forecasting
  • Structure win-win partnerships and lead co-marketing and co-selling motions to drive ecosystem growth
  • Define packaging and build repeatable outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, events) so SDRs can scale your approach; translate market intel into service upgrades
  • Secure market presence through panels, podcasts, thought leadership, and packaging wins into case studies for decision-makers

Job description

This is a remote position.

We're a performance-marketing boutique that thrives in high-stakes verticals - especially iGaming. From SEO & SEM to Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, and Influencer marketing, we engineer campaigns that scale efficiently. The next chapter of our growth calls for a Partnerships & Growth Manager with an established network in iGaming. You'll be our point person for initiating new operator, supplier, and platform partnerships. 

Market Presence & Positioning
  • Secure panel spots, podcast interviews, and thought-leadership columns
  • Pick the right conference rooster, awards, and sponsorships
  • Package our wins into case studies that resonate with decision-makers
Pipeline & Sales Execution
  • Leverage your Tier 1-3 operator network to book qualified intros
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder cycles and assist closing
  • Transition relationships into a disciplined CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting
GTM Systems & Playbooks
  • Define packaging
  • Build repeatable outbound sequences-email, LinkedIn, event follow-ups-so SDRs can scale your approach
  • Translate market intel into service upgrades
Partnership & Ecosystem Growth
  • Structure win-win alliances
  • Lead co-marketing and co-selling motions

Requirements

  • Deep iGaming DNA - Experience selling or BD'ing for a supplier, platform, Affiliate/Network or marketing service provider
  • Network - You're on a first-name basis with marketing, UA, and product leads at major operators and white-label platforms
  • Know-How - Comfortable pitching with a firm grasp of RG compliance.
  • Mentality - You're equally happy on stage, on Zoom, or writing the first outbound email.
  • Process Builder - Experience rolling out CRM, pipeline hygiene, and performance dashboards that make revenue predictable.
Bonus Points
  • Exposure to AI-driven ad-tech or automation tools
  • Fluency in regulated markets across Europe, LatAm, and beyond (MGA, UKGC, Ontario)
  • Track record of scaling
