We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As a 1099, 100% commission-only position, this role offers unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop leads through inbound and outbound methods
  • Educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for ThnkBIG solutions
  • Work with an account executive to attain key accounts in your designated region or territories
  • Refine an enterprise-level sales process that balances personalization with efficiency
  • Follow up on demand-generation activities such as webinars, conferences, and partner events
  • Acquire key prospect data and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of activity metrics, meetings attended, and qualified opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with all teams within ThnkBIG, including sales, marketing, and partners
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales organization to maximize productivity


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed
  • Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Knowledge of professional and managed services, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE, Tanzu, and OpenShift is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and other sales tools is a plus
