Job description

This is a remote position.

Silver Bell Group is looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Revenue & Performance Optimization Manager to optimize pricing, distribution, and overall revenue performance across a hospitality and living portfolio. You will play a key role in maximizing profitability by turning insights into actionable strategies.


What You’ll Do:

  • Optimize total revenue through dynamic pricing, yield strategies, and demand-based distribution
  • Analyze booking pace, ADR, RevPAR, GOPPAR, segmentation, and channel profitability
  • Manage pricing, inventory, and exposure across OTAs, GDS, meta-search, and direct channels
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand shifts
  • Drive direct booking performance and conversion optimization
  • Maintain and optimize RMS, PMS, and Channel Manager tools
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office on unified revenue strategies

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue management or data-driven hospitality roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for KPIs and performance insights
  • Experience with OTA platforms, channel management, and pricing strategies
  • Proactive, structured, and ownership-driven working style
  • Profit-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
  • Advanced English and German language
  • Curious and optimization-oriented approach
