Amazon Operations Specialist (Urgent Hiring)

This is a remote position.

Specialist.PH is looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Operations Specialist to help manage and optimize product listings and advertising on Amazon. The ideal candidate is skilled with spreadsheets, familiar with Amazon's file import tools, and understands how to manage product data efficiently.

What you will do…

• Manage product data using spreadsheets and Amazon file upload tools
  

• Troubleshoot listing errors and data issues within Amazon Seller Central
  

• Optimize product listings (images, titles, bullet points, descriptions)
  

• Support product uploads and updates at scale
  

• Assist with Amazon Ads setup and management, especially through bulk file tools
  

• Conduct basic keyword research for both listings and ad campaigns
  

Requirements

You might be the one we’re looking for if you have…

• At least 2-4 years of experience in Amazon Ads
  

• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  

• Experience working in Amazon Seller Central
  

• Familiarity with Amazon flat files and bulk upload processes
  

• Experience with keyword research tools and in product content writing or optimization
  

• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  

• Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
  

• Include the word “Amazon Ops Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented.
  

• Are comfortable speaking on video calls.
  

• Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap).
  

• Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  

• Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
