Video Editors (Urgent Hiring)

This is a remote position.

Specialist.PH is looking for Video Editors with strong experience in long-form and short-form video editing, especially for sales letters, video ads, and direct-response style content. This role is perfect for someone who understands pacing, hooks, emotional beats, and conversion-focused storytelling.

What you will do…

• Edit long-form and short-form videos (sales letters, YouTube videos, VSLs, webinars, trainings)
  

• Edit video ads optimized for performance and conversions
  

• Apply direct-response editing techniques (hooks, pattern interrupts, captions, CTA pacing)
  

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content team to align videos with campaign goals
  Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form clips

• Ensure all videos are on-brand, polished, and optimized for each platform
  

Requirements

You might be the one if you have…

• At least 2 years of experience in editing long-form and short-form videos (and the portfolio to prove it - send us your YouTube video links and show us your editing files / styles on a video interview)
  

• Experience editing sales letters / VSLs 
  

• Strong understanding of direct-response video style editing
  

• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)
  

• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and emotional flow
  

• Are fluent in English both speaking and writing
  

• Are comfortable on the phone talking to different clients
  

• Include the word “Vid Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented.
  

• Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)
  

• Have a fast computer made for video editing large files quickly and effectively
  

• Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
