  • Develop, manage and maintain strategic client relationships and drive organizational development and change management initiatives

This is a remote position.

The Opportunity:

**We are not seeking digital, technology-related or IT consultants**

We are looking to hire energetic, self-generating management consultants with at least 3-5 years consulting experience and track record in delivering consulting services focused on organizational high performance. Strong delivery and platform skills are essential.

Ideal candidates should have several years’ industry experience, contributing to success through management of large projects, preferably in professional services. Your experience should include partnering and coaching senior executives and facilitating/delivering work sessions for groups up to 25 people or larger. Also, you should have experience managing at least two engagements that were upwards of $750K.

The ability to flex between the strategic and the tactical and provide leadership for complex, high impact projects related to people initiatives is a plus. You should have a background relevant to our focus on organizational development, change management and high performance.

You will apply our unique, proprietary methodology and tools to address the human factors affecting an organization's ability to reach its strategic objectives. Experience working at large, complex organizations or multinational companies is a plus.

  • Coaching certification a plus and strongly encouraged
  • Travel is required and consistent
