About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Strategist to drive Kinesis’ brand presence and engagement across major social platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about financial sovereignty, understands the issues of inflation and political instability, and wants to be part of a movement advocating for real-world assets as a store of value.
This role requires expertise in content strategy, community engagement, and social media growth, particularly in the fintech, crypto, and Web3 spaces. You will be the voice and personality of the brand on platforms like X (Twitter), Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Rumble, and non-mainstream alternative media platforms, leading conversations, setting narratives, and establishing Kinesis as a key player in the space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Craft and implement content strategies tailored to each platform to grow engagement and audience reach.
- Content Creation & Trend Analysis: Create compelling and on-trend posts, including reels and videos, that align with Kinesis’ positioning as a leader in sound money principles.
- Community Management & Engagement: Actively engage with followers, influencers, and industry figures to foster a strong online community and brand advocacy.
- Thought Leadership: Ensure Kinesis is seen as an authority in fintech, crypto, and Web3 by participating in industry conversations and trending topics.
- Growth & Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize impact.
- Paid Social Strategy: Collaborate with the creative and paid media teams to develop and manage targeted social media ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Reddit, Telegram, and X.
- Competitor & Industry Research: Stay up to date with competitor activities and emerging social media trends to maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement within the fintech, crypto, or Web3 industries.
- Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, content trends, and community dynamics.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, professional, and thought-provoking content.
- Experience setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns with performance-based KPIs.
