  • Oversee partner sales technical certification path within the Antavo Academy, from onboarding to graduation, in collaboration with the Partnership team.
  • Design, coordinate, and facilitate live training sessions; create enablement content such as eLearning, decks, videos, and assets; collaborate with Product, Sales, CS, and Partnerships.

Job Summary

The Enablement Manager sits within the GTM organization as part of the Enablement team and drives product and GTM enablement across internal teams, partners, and customers. The role combines training, enablement, and content creation to support effective product and process adoption. Success in this role means ensuring revenue teams, partners, and customers are consistently enabled with up-to-date product knowledge, clear messaging, and practical training that supports confident execution and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM Enablement: If our internal teams are not equipped with the right knowledge and materials at the right time, execution suffers. In this role, you’ll work closely with the wider Go-to-Market team and the Head of Enablement to enable internal revenue teams on Antavo’s product offering and GTM strategy. This includes training on demo flows, messaging, and core GTM processes to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across different roles. 
  • Product Training: We are a SaaS company, and we want to make sure our teams, customers and partners know how to use our products the right way. You’ll maintain the self-service product training portfolio in the Antavo Academy (LMS) and make sure it is up to date and reflects the latest product releases and communication strategies.
  • Partner Enablement: Partners are one of our key drivers for success and we want to equip them with the right knowledge to strengthen our joint proposition in the market. You’ll oversee the partner sales & technical certification path within the Antavo Academy, from onboarding to graduation in collaboration with the Partnership team.
  • Content Creation & Maintenance: You’ll have the chance to be creative and create content for enablement initiatives and training materials for the Antavo Academy - this includes eLearning, decks for live training, videos, and other assets.
  • Live Training Sessions: You’ll design, coordinate and facilitate live training sessions for different audiences to support our enablement initiatives. 
  • Collaboration: As part of the GTM team, Enablement acts as a connecting tissue between different functions across the organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate with multiple teams and SMEs, such as Product Experts, Product Owners, Sales, Customer Success, and the Partnership team to get the most out of Antavo’s enablement initiatives.



Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in enablement and/or training related roles. Experience in the tech sector (e.g. SaaS companies), commercial roles, or customer facing roles is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal English language skills are a must, Hungarian language is not required
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Proficiency in conducting training sessions and product demos both online and offline for internal and external audiences.
    • Solid knowledge of presentation tools (e.g. Google Slides)
    • Creativity to create content for multiple purposes and audiences
  • Nice-to-have skills:
    • Knowledge of authoring tools (e.g. Articulate)
    • Ability to edit videos
    • Experience in managing LMS platforms or other edtech tools
    • Knowledge of CRM, loyalty management or other similar tools is a plus
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Ability to simplify technical or complex information into friendly, simple language
    • Proactive problem-solver 
    • Ability to work independently
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external teams
    • Flexibility to work collaboratively in a fast-changing environment
    • Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
