  • Strong interest in VIP portfolio management, player engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Good analytical awareness with comfort reviewing player activity and basic performance data.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, plus strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Assist with the execution of incentives, bespoke offers, limits, and re-engagement actions within agreed guidelines; maintain accurate records of interactions, offers, and portfolio actions.
  • Support VIP marketing and community initiatives, including collaboration with CRM, social, and partnerships teams; participate in portfolio discussions and align on priorities with the Senior VIP Manager.

What we are looking for


Duelbits is looking to engage a Junior VIP Manager to help deliver and evolve our VIP experience across casino, sportsbook, and Predict.

You’ll work in close alignment with a Senior VIP Manager, assisting with player engagement, onboarding, and retention activity while building hands-on experience in VIP portfolio management. This is an execution-first opportunity designed for someone looking to grow into a senior VIP role within iGaming and crypto.


What you will be doing


VIP Portfolio Support & Execution

  • Support the management of assigned VIP players in line with defined segmentation, tiers, and engagement frameworks.
  • Monitor player activity, behaviour, and engagement signals, escalating risks or opportunities to the Senior VIP Manager.
  • Assist with execution of incentives, bespoke offers, limits, and re-engagement actions within agreed guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of player interactions, offers, and portfolio actions.

Player Engagement & Retention

  • Deliver proactive, timely communication with VIP players to support engagement and retention.
  • Assist with onboarding new VIP players and ensuring a smooth early-stage experience.
  • Support reactivation and retention initiatives designed by senior VIP leadership.
  • Contribute observations on player preferences, behaviour, and feedback.

Marketing, Visibility & Experience Support

  • Support VIP-related marketing initiatives in collaboration with CRM, social, and partnerships teams.
  • Assist with visibility and execution of VIP benefits, experiences, and promotions.
  • Contribute to VIP community touchpoints (e.g. Discord, social channels) as required.
  • Work closely with the Senior VIP Manager to align on priorities, player treatment, and portfolio actions.
  • Participate in internal discussions around portfolio performance, engagement tactics, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop commercial understanding of player economics, incentives, and long-term value creation.

What you bring


  • 1-3 years’ experience in VIP support, account management, CRM, customer success, or related roles, ideally within iGaming or a digital-first environment.
