About the Role
Come help define the voice of the #1 customer engagement platform for regulated industries! We’re seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to shape how the market perceives Engageware’s leadership in customer engagement for regulated industries. This role blends editorial and writing excellence, strategic storytelling, and cross-functional
collaboration to elevate our brand narrative across North America and LATAM.
You’ll build the content engine that connects our brand, product, and thought leadership into one clear story: how Engageware helps complex, regulated enterprises engage customers with precision and intelligence.
This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and partners closely with demand generation, creative design, product, and sales enablement teams.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the content strategy for Engageware and Aivo in collaboration with the Director of Product Marketing, evolving our positioning as the leading engagement platform for regulated industries.
- Develop a unified editorial voice that articulates the distinct but complementary strengths of both brands, highlighting our enterprise-grade reliability (Engageware) and our AI-first innovation (Aivo).
- Create high-impact content across formats like whitepapers, bylines, executive blogs, webinars, videos, case studies, and social content targeting executive-level decision-makers in financial services, telecom, and utilities.
- Partner with product marketing to translate complex platform capabilities (Appointment Scheduling, Knowledge Management, AI Agents) into business value narratives.
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar tied to launches, campaigns, and priority themes such as AI in regulated industries, AI transformation, and customer engagement at scale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with demand marketing, creative, and sales enablement teams to ensure every asset supports pipeline growth and brand consistency.
- Elevate executive visibility by developing thought leadership materials, media bylines, and speaking abstracts that advance our reputation as category leaders.
- Leverage performance insights to continuously refine messaging and format strategy based on audience engagement, content ROI, and pipeline impact.
- Own performance reporting for content initiatives.
What You Bring
Required
- 6+ years in B2B content marketing, ideally in SaaS.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for executive and technical audiences.
- Experience writing for and localizing content across regions, especially North and Latin America.
- Proven ability to craft compelling narratives for executive and technical audiences.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing and storytelling across formats.
- Experience developing content strategies that drive both thought leadership and revenue outcomes.
- Understanding of AI, automation, or customer engagement platforms.
- Strong editorial instincts and ability to synthesize inputs across product, brand, and leadership teams.
Preferred
- Background in or marketing to regulated industries (banking, wealth management, telecom, utilities).
- Experience managing translations and localization workflows to deliver linguistic and cultural nuances.
- Familiarity with content analytics and SEO for enterprise audiences.
- Strategic mindset and comfort operating in high-growth, evolving environments.
What Success Looks Like
- Within 90 days, you’ll launch a refreshed editorial framework and content calendar that aligns Engageware’s and Aivo’s brand stories around our three product pillars.
- Within 6 months you’ll establish Engageware’s voice as the most credible and trusted in the engagement software category measured by share of voice, inbound engagement, and content-driven pipeline.
- Within a year you’ll have built a scalable content engine that connects product releases, customer stories, and thought leadership into one cohesive, high-performing narrative driving our category leadership.
