Growth Lead at Unlayer

The Role

We are hiring a hands-on Growth Lead to own and scale Unlayer’s global growth across developer ecosystems.

Your mandate is clear: make Unlayer the default platform developers turn to when building email, document, page, and popup creation experiences—at scale.

This is a builder’s role. You will start as an individual contributor—shaping strategy, running experiments, shipping assets, and learning directly from real developer behavior. Over time, you will scale what proves durable and repeatable.

You will work closely with the founders in a results-only environment, with full autonomy, high trust, and clear ownership.

What You Will Own

Growth Strategy & Execution

• Define and execute Unlayer’s growth strategy across developers, engineering leaders, and technical decision-makers.
• Translate product strengths and AI capabilities into clear positioning, narratives, and distribution.
• Build repeatable acquisition engines before adding headcount or spend.

Developer Marketing & Distribution

• Establish Unlayer’s presence where developers discover and evaluate tools.
• Ship high-quality technical content across GitHub, documentation, tutorials, templates, sample code, and programmatic SEO.
• Drive visibility across Hacker News, Reddit, Stack Overflow, Discord, Slack communities, and niche ecosystems.

Experimentation & Leverage

• Run continuous experiments across landing pages, onboarding, PLG loops, pricing, and messaging.
• Identify unconventional and AI-native growth opportunities with asymmetric upside.
• Move fast, iterate often, and decide based on signal—not perfection.

Community, Ecosystem & Integrations

• Build and nurture a global developer community around Unlayer.
• Launch ambassador programs, workshops, webinars, and collaborative GitHub initiatives.
• Drive integrations and ecosystem partnerships that compound inbound demand and usage.
