We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing technology projects or multiple technical workstreams within a broader project or program. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing, implementing, and monitoring project plans
Providing insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences
Communicating project status and issues regularly to stakeholders
Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external project stakeholders
Proactively identifying, managing, and mitigating risks on technology projects
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Minimum of five years of related work experience
Two years of experience in managing projects
Financial services and technical experience preferred
Undergraduate degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business) required
