Associate - Newlands Law Group

Newlands Law Group is a small plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm specializing in litigation and trial of complex catastrophic injury cases.

We are looking for an associate with 0-5 years of experience, preferably in personal injury or litigation, but experience is not necessary if a candidate has the required work ethic and aptitude.

This position distinguishes itself by offering no better opportunity for a very junior lawyer to get hands-on experience litigating and trying multi-million-dollar cases. You will be thrown in the deep end and taught how to swim. You will quickly become a seasoned and experienced complex catastrophic personal injury lawyer. There is no limit to your compensation, which will be commensurate to the amount of money you generate for the firm. Compensation: The base salary range is typically $75,000. We offer an uncapped annual bonus. Bonus is based on metrics and performance. It is our intention that your bonus exceed your annual salary.
