Position:

Monetary Control Operations for Rockefeller Capital Management, based in Hamilton, NJ, is responsible for various aspects of Monetary Control Operations including but not limited to:

  • Client transaction review and processing
  • Collateral monitoring of $4BB security-based lending offering
  • Control reporting and enforcement of client trade and non-trade commitments
  • Asset Control projects geared towards advancing efficiency, risk mitigation and business enablement
  • Direct support of Private Advisor Teams, Branch Office Leadership, Rockefeller Trust Company inquires and escalations
Responsibilities:
  • Review transaction documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with RCM policies and procedures
  • Respond to service inquiries and provide tutorial support for front office and home office teammates with questions related to transaction processing
  • Review inflight transactions for compliance with internal / external policies and regulations
  • Create and review control reporting and escalate issues for resolution
  • Produce team metrics and report trends to senior management
  • Participate in project management functions including requirements gathering, testing, and communication planning and execution
  • Research fraud claims and work with internal/external partners to recover losses
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Operational or Service experience, required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving organization
  • Banking or financial services experience preferred
  • Security-based lending (Margin and Non-purpose Lending) experience preferred

Compensation Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
