About the role

Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Voice AI programs—from signed SOW/POC through go-live and handover—so customers hit measurable outcomes on time and on budget.

As Engagement Manager, you own the delivery of every project and production deployment from contract signature to go-live and renewal. You're the quarterback who makes sure projects don't slip, customers don't churn, and our internal team doesn't drop the ball.

You're not writing code or building agents—that's the Solution Engineer's job. You're orchestrating: tracking progress, unblocking issues, managing scope, communicating with customers, and escalating internally when things go sideways. You're the reason projects launch on time and customers renew.

What you’ll do

  • Turn a plan into execution: convert the Solution Architect’s design into a tracked roadmap , define acceptance criteria, and manage change control.

  • Make the first call happen fast: coordinate API Integration, Telephony (VOIP) connectivity, environments, access, and compliance approvals.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: schedule Solution Engineers; pull in VoIP/VoiceTech engineers as needed; unblock issues and escalate early with options.

  • Stakeholder management: align AEs, champions, IT/Sec, and ops; keep a single source of truth for scope, decisions, and metrics.

  • Operationalize success: deliver runbooks, training, and post-mortem; feed playbook/product improvements back to Engineering/Support.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in technical implementation, deployment management, or technical project management for B2B SaaS or IT Consulting

  • Enterprise customers: You've worked with Fortune 500 or mid-market companies with complex requirements

  • Technical fluency: You understand how APIs, Databases, LLMs work and can speak comfortably with engineers

  • Project management: You've shipped 10+ implementations from kickoff to launch

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects: Multiple concurrent Projects without dropping balls
