Onsite to Start | Hybrid Potential | OTE Year 1 $80K–$100K | Uncapped Commission

This role is part of our continued growth and success—not a result of turnover. As demand for our services continues to rise, we're expanding our sales team to help us reach new markets and serve our rapidly growing client base.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers

  • Educate movers on available home services and help them make informed decisions

  • Build trust and rapport with customers to create win-win solutions

  • Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics

  • Log call notes and customer interactions in Salesforce

  • Work closely with teammates and leadership to continuously improve

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Inside sales or customer service experience

  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM

  • Spanish-speaking abilities

  • Base salary + uncapped commission
