About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented performance marketing leader with a strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing for U.S. audiences. This role is ideal for someone who has grown through hands-on execution and has proven track record in guiding high-performing marketing teams in cross- functional manner.

You will work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, product and technology teams to design, test, and scale marketing campaigns across channels, monitor performance metrics, experiment with creative and audience strategies, and ensure measurable results. You’ll bring curiosity, analytical rigor, and accountability, owning outcomes while fostering a culture of learning and performance.

 

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

  • Proven leadership in managing full-funnel digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, content, and email.
  • Skilled at mapping business goals to granular steps in marketing including campaign design, optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Analytical and results-oriented, with strong understanding of performance metrics.
  • Hands-on leader who collaborates closely with specialists to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Curious, organized, and passionate about performance marketing and growth.

Must-Have Qualifications
