Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN)

ABOUT THE FULL STACK DEVELOPER ROLE:

WIN is a leading proptech company, and we’re expanding our technology team! We’re looking for talented Full Stack Developers with expertise in technologies and environments such as React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, Express.js, and AWS. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in building scalable and cutting-edge products and applications, owning features end-to-end, and collaborating across functions to deliver high-impact solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack responsive products and applications
2. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
3. Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs as needed
4. Optimize performance and maintain code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices
5. Work with DevOps and QA teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure system reliability
6. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentoring sessions
7. Identify and implement technical solutions to improve user experience and backend efficiency

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2. 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
3. Solid expertise in both frontend (React.js, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Express.js) development
4. Strong understanding of JavaScript, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and modern web architecture
5. Experience with version control (Git), testing frameworks, and API documentation tools
6. Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
7. Problem-solving mindset with attention to clean, maintainable code
