In this engaging role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our Dutch-speaking clients while also promoting our products through a soft sales approach.

Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, providing information on products and services, and gently guiding clients towards making purchases. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs will play a key role in enhancing their experience and satisfaction with our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Provide detailed information about products and services to assist clients
• Utilize a soft sales approach to encourage client purchases without pressure
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement customer-focused strategies
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer service or soft sales is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being part of a team
