Responsibilities:

End-to-End Technical Analysis:
Act as an active Technical Analyst in stakeholder integrations within the TK IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) project.

Stakeholder & Integration Management:
Lead meetings with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams; consolidate and clarify technical requirements.

Technical Monitoring & Debugging:
Monitor system metrics, perform log analysis, and actively participate in issue detection and troubleshooting due to the technical complexity of the project.

Process Management:
Ensure timely project delivery by adhering to monthly milestone (progress payment) plans and sprint schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer, Software, or Industrial Engineering) from a reputable university
• Proven experience in large-scale, multi-stakeholder “mega projects”
• Active involvement in high-traffic, technically complex application environments
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong software development background or advanced technical analyst expertise
• Ability to produce clear, structured, and developer-friendly documentation
• Strong command of technical analysis and requirement consolidation
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and international stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and project management tools
• Strong understanding of Agile/Sprint processes
• Team leadership experience is a plus
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Mobility across multiple locations (e.g., airport sites) when required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
