Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in prospecting and outbound outreach, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments
  • Strong multi-channel communication skills (phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to understand customer scenarios, ask diagnostic questions, and identify opportunities aligned with ICP
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and following defined processes and templates; able to log all interactions and contribute to reporting

Requirements:

  • Conduct prospect research, map how prospects arrive at InCuca, and use this information to craft targeted outreach
  • Engage prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.), ask questions to understand their situation, and identify opportunities while handling initial objections
  • Schedule meetings with the sales team, ensuring ICP alignment and adherence to predefined processes and templates; maintain CRM with all interactions
  • Provide feedback on leads and processes for continuous improvement and prepare management reports with information and comparisons

Job description

O (A) Sales Development Representative (SDR) irá realizar atividades, tais como: 

Pesquisar sobre o prospect, mapear como o mesmo chegou até a InCuca e usar essas informações para iniciar uma abordagem

Contato com os prospects via telefone, email, Whats App, LinkedIn ou outros

Entender o cenário do prospect por meio de perguntas, promovendo uma conversa objetiva, a fim de mapear uma possível oportunidade de podermos ajudar o mesmo

Lidar com possíveis objeções iniciais, desde que o prospect tenha de fato o ICP que focamos

Agendar reunião com o vendedor atentando-se para seguir o ICP previamente combinado

Alimentar o CRM com TODAS as interações realizadas, seguindo o processo e templates pré-definidos

Dar feedback sobre os leads gerados e processos em geral, para buscarmos melhorias sempre

Enviar relatórios gerenciais para o Gestor da área, com informações e comparativos
