Roles & Responsibilities

11-15 years of overall experience in data/IT, with mandatory consulting background
Deep understanding of data models, data mapping documents, SQL, ETL design and ETL coding (Informatica or any ETL tool)
Proficiency in at least one scripting language
Excellent communication skills and ability to scale to an Architect role

Requirements:

Lead analysis, estimation, design, development, testing, and implementation of data archiving, test data management, and data privacy solutions
Establish repeatable processes to support multiple applications, including data masking, data reset, and update procedures
Collaborate with IT Security and Compliance to ensure policies are followed and coordinate across Storage, OS, and DBA teams
Provide test data for performance, UAT, QA, and other non-production environments; leverage Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2, and experience with TDM tools (Informatica TDM primary; others as applicable)

Job description

Job Description-

Position: Data Architect

Location: Remote

MUST HAVES:

1) TDM - Understanding of data models, data mapping documents, SQL, ETL design and ETL coding (Informatica /any ETL Tool)

2) Any Scripting Language

3) Senior enough to be able to scale up to Architect role

4) Excellent communication skills

Exp- 11-15 years overall

Consulting background- Mandatory

Analysis, Estimation, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation of data Archiving /Test Data Management/ Data Privacy solutions

Provide a consistent and repeatable process to support multiple Applications including identifying data elements for masking in Applications, Data Reset and Update Process

Understanding of data models, data mapping documents, ETL design and ETL coding

Work directly with IT Security and Compliance to ensure Policies were consistently followed

Coordinated activities across multiple operations teams including Storage, OS , and DBA teams

Provide required Test data for Performance Test, User Acceptance Test, QA Test, Application Development, and other Non-Production Environments

Expertise on DBs Oracle, SQL Server, DB2

Experience in managing and using TDM tools like Optim, Informatica, CA TDM, Solix tools Ab initio / Informatica session (Informatica TDM is Primary rest nice to have )
