Requirements:

  • Provide bedside nursing care for adult Med-Surg Ortho/Neuro patients on a 24-bed unit during night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with a 1:5 patient ratio
  • Float to other Med-Surg units as assigned and rotate weekends/holidays
  • Administer medications, perform assessments, monitor patient status, and document in the electronic health record in accordance with hospital policies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety, quality care, and rapid response to emergencies

Job Description:

24 bed Adult Medsurg Ortho/Neuro unit. Night shift. 7p-7a.

Ratio 1:5. Must be willing to float to other Medsurg units as assigned,

and rotate weekends/holidays.

State License Details: Must Be Currently Active

Holiday Coverage Required: Yes
